How soon after construction can you clean?
As soon as the trades are finished and the space is clear of tools and materials. We recommend scheduling once final walkthrough items are wrapped up.
Do you remove paint or adhesive residue?
We handle light residue and overspray on surfaces like glass and fixtures. Heavy adhesive or paint removal from flooring is outside our scope, but we can point you to a specialist if needed.
Can this turn into a recurring plan afterward?
Yes. Many clients book a post-construction clean, then move straight into a recurring plan to keep the new space looking just as good.
